A vertically oriented off-white page features sixteen rows of black calligraphic script within a rectangular frame. The fluid, slanted text is enclosed by thin blue, orange, and gold lines. At the top, a small box holds a light gold heading. Brown water stains mar the upper and right edges, while small circular holes punctuate the right margin of the aged paper. A single word in blue ink appears mid-text.
