The front of a vertically oriented cream page features thirteen lines of black Persian calligraphic script within a multi-lined rectangle of gold, blue, and orange. Gold-colored script forms a top heading and two horizontal dividers. Brown stains mark the upper left corner, while binding holes punctuate the left edge. Plain margins of the beige paper surround the composition, with small additional script visible in the lower left corner.
