A vertical etching is rendered with fine, black lines into a depiction of nested pointed stone arches. To the left, a weathered masonry wall with a vertical pipe rises toward a small "Librairie" sign. The central pointed arch frames an intricate interior where pillars and additional arches recede into deep perspective. Dense hatching creates shadows across the ground and highlights the stone texture. A signature and the date 1919 appear at the bottom right.
