A vertically oriented sheet of cream paper features a cluster of handwritten signatures in black ink near the top. The looping cursive script includes names like Virginia W. Nichols and Arthur Edwin Neergaard, with one entry heavily struck through. Below a large expanse of empty space, a final, widely spaced signature reading "Robert Riggs" sits at the bottom right. Small ink splatters and age spots mark the surface.
