Vertically oriented cream paper features black ink in the upper left corner forming the name "Lewis Roberts." The looping cursive slants rightward, set against an aged surface with scattered brown foxing. A faint, ghostly impression sits near the lower center. A dark, narrow border at the top and left edges indicates the sheet's place within a bound volume.
