Handwritten ink on a vertically oriented off-white page features three entries dated December 29, 1940. Names "Elinor Ward" and "Mary Jane Ward" appear in separate scripts at the top. Below, Robert R. Landriedel adds the inscription, "May you go far beyond your 500th mark." Small brown spots mark the lower portion of the paper.
