A vertically oriented, reddish-brown graphite drawing on textured paper depicts a child looking down at a round ball held between their hands. Wispy lines form the child's hair, downcast eyes, and slightly open mouth. On our left, a hand supports the ball from below while, on our right, the other rests on top with fingers spread. Faint blue text bleeds through on the upper left. A signature marks the lower right corner.
