The county wanted to widen the road in front of my home. They planned to cut down several oak trees, build a bigger bridge and "improve" the area so more cars could get through. To stop them we organized a neighborhood association and hired a lawyer. Community action works if you hire a lawyer. Tri-Valley Area, Northern California
