Did You Know?
Todd Hido, who now lives in San Francisco, was born and grew up in Kent, Ohio.Description
This image belongs to a series of Northern European landscapes that evoke the concept in Nordic mythology of Fimbulwinter, or the great, or endless, winter. This vast, barren frozen wasteland evokes a far more apocalyptic vision of the season than we experience in Northeast Ohio.- {{cite web|title=Untitled #11856-0820|url=false|author=Todd Hido|year=2018|access-date=25 April 2024|publisher=Cleveland Museum of Art}}
