Did You Know?
In the 1910s and 1920s, André Kertész experimented with near and far points of view that were quite radical for the time.Description
Instead of moving back from the trio to create a traditional group portrait of figures set into the landscape, Kertész brings us quite close to the boy in front, who turns to look at the camera. Kertész described them as “a trio of a peasant father and his two boys. The father was a music lover and he educated his talented sons.”- 1980-2021Alan and Monah L.
