Gallery Explorations provide an hour-long gallery experience different from any other offered at CMA. For Pre-K and kindergarten students, we’ll introduce your class to artworks in the CMA collection through gallery games, picture books, and questioning strategies designed to build your students’ verbal and visual literacy while connecting to various areas of your curriculum. For students in grades 1–12, we’ll use the galleries as classrooms for experiences designed to connect to a variety of curricular areas through close looking, questioning strategies, and hands-on activities.
