Description

Though born in Poland, most of Walentynowicz's training as a glass artist was completed in the United States. He creates sculptures chiefly of glass, but sometimes with other materials as well. The human figure usually plays a significant role in his compositions
Glass sculpture appearing like a bundle wrapped in ropes with a translucent material wrapped around a human head with light skin tone. Eyes closed with short, dark hair, we see the head in profile, bundle resting on the back of the head with the nose pointing up at a slight angle. The ropes are brown and spiral patterned with lines on and just beside suggesting coarse, fibers.
