Description

Fresh from study in Europe, Gregory returned to America in 1928 to join the staff at Cowan Pottery Studios, the most prestigious ceramic firm in the Cleveland area at the time. He quickly became their most prolific designer, specializing in sumptuously decorative sculptures of female figures such as Rhine Maidens.
