A horizontally oriented rectangular sheet of cream paper features eight rows of black-inked script, each character topped with a horizontal bar. Thin red vertical lines divide the text into columns flanking a central, solid red circle. Thick red bands frame the text on either side. The paper exhibits light brown staining and a white rectangular repair patch along the bottom edge.
