A horizontally oriented manuscript page features nine rows of dense, black script on weathered off-white paper. Small red vertical marks punctuate the text, which is anchored by a solid red circle in the center. Thick red bands frame the script on both sides, while two faded red circles mark the outer margins. The blocky characters fill the page with a rhythmic pattern, emphasized by visible staining and signs of great antiquity.
