A horizontally oriented tempera painting depicts figures in a narrative battle against a pale pink hill and striped sky. On our left, a four-armed blue-skinned deity in yellow robes stands near a green bird-headed figure while a man bows. Centrally, a pale figure in a spotted animal-skin skirt extends his hands toward severed arms floating among flying arrows. The man repeats in the upper right, standing on the hillside beside a second figure.
