Description

François Delpech, whose shop is depicted here, printed the work of other artists but was also a printmaker himself.
A horizontally oriented lithograph in dense black-inked fine lines depicts eight people with light skin tones gathered outside a shop. On the left, a man and child examine wall prints. In the center, a woman and man stand with backs turned beside an older man peering through a window. To the right, a boy carries a box on his head near a soldier and woman. Text above reads "Delpech" and a sign says "ALBUM."
