A vertically oriented lithograph in dark brown ink depicts a nude woman with light skin tone standing center against light gray paper. Seen from behind, she angles right while bowing her head toward our left. Her dark hair is gathered atop her head. She holds a long, textured towel that drapes down her front. Grainy, gestural lines define her form, and the signature "Degas" is in the bottom right corner.
