A horizontally oriented oil painting depicts three women with dark skin tones and high, ridged hairstyles in a lush tropical setting. In the foreground, a bowl overflows with fruit including pears and pomegranates. On our left, a nude woman faces our right, while the central figure sits with her back toward us. To our right, a third woman is draped in vibrant red cloth. Dense white and green foliage fills the background.
