A vertical scroll depicts a misty landscape with blotchy, dark ink smudges forming trees on the lower left. To the right, a gabled house emerges from soft, gray washes. A faint, rounded peak rises behind the foliage. Near the base, a few brief strokes create a solitary boat. Above, the light-gray paper remains vast and empty, emphasizing an atmospheric distance similar to a swath of blank sky.
