A vertically oriented engraving in black ink depicts Philip IV, a man with light skin tone, shown from the waist up within an arched architectural niche. Shaded with fine hash marks and angled to our left, he wears a dark buttoned doublet and a wide, flat collar. An ornate chain and several medals hang across his chest. A tasseled cord hangs behind him. A rectangular panel containing Latin text fills the bottom frame.
