A dark brown and black bronze sculpture depicts Hanako's head with a rough, heavily textured surface. Her head is tilted slightly downward with eyes downcast and mouth closed. Green patina marks the nose, lips, and forehead, while the outer edges of the face and simplified ears are irregular and jagged, giving the head a fragmented appearance.
