A horizontally oriented tempera painting depicts two scenes separated by a patterned vertical border. On our left, the blue-skinned god Krishna wearing a gold crown embraces Radha against a dark blue background. On our right, two women with medium skin tones sit facing each other within a white pavilion. One gestures toward her companion. Intricate patterns decorate their clothing and the floor. A red and gold geometric border frames the entire composition.
