A vertically oriented manuscript page features horizontal rows of black-inked calligraphy on tan paper. At the top, a gold line divides the script into two columns above eleven full-width rows. Multiple thin borders of gold, red, and blue frame the text. The fluid, undulating characters sweep gracefully across the page, punctuated by small red diacritics. Subtle brown spots mottle the paper surface around the elegant strokes of dark ink.
