One side of a vertically oriented, textured tan page features thirteen lines of Nasta'liq script, a style of flowing Persian calligraphy, written in black ink. The elegant text has curved strokes with varying thicknesses, punctuated by occasional red or black dots. A narrow border of orange, black, and gold lines frames the composition. Minor staining appears near the edges, and faint script shows through from the reverse side.
