A vertically oriented rectangular page of mottled beige paper features twelve lines of Persian calligraphy in black and gold ink. The fluid, sloping script is arranged into a gold header, nine full rows, and two lines split into columns. A border of thin red and black lines surrounds the text, accented by a wide gold band. Small dark spots are scattered across the paper's surface.
