One side of a vertically oriented, cream-colored page features thirteen lines of flowing black calligraphy written with ink. The script has elegant, curving strokes, occasionally marked by small gold highlights in the top lines. Thin orange and blue border lines frame the central text block, surrounded by a wide margin. A small dark stain marks the bottom center edge, while faint text from the reverse shows through the paper.
