A vertically oriented tan manuscript page features fifteen lines of fluid Persian calligraphic script in black ink. The text sits within a rectangular border of thin red and gold lines. Dark moisture stains mark the bottom edge of the aged paper. The black characters exhibit varying thicknesses and elegant curves. Narrow margins surround the centered text block, where faint script shows through from the other side of the page.
