A vertically oriented manuscript page features horizontal rows of flowing Persian calligraphy in black ink on aged tan paper. Framed by a thin orange and gold border, the elegant script includes small annotations above certain words. Near the bottom, two lines are written in muted gold ink. The paper's surface displays subtle variations in texture and light staining throughout, characteristic of an historical manuscript folio.
