A vertically oriented manuscript page features thirteen horizontal rows of rhythmic Persian calligraphy in black ink on cream-toned paper. The flowing script varies in density, appearing more compact at the top and widely spaced at the bottom. A thin, multi-layered border in red, gold, and blue frames the text. Several dark, circular stains mark the aging surface. The elegant characters loop across the page, their dark pigment contrasting with the warm background.
