A vertically oriented aged beige page features thirteen horizontal rows of black Nasta'liq script, a style of Persian calligraphy, written in ink. Occasional words appear in reddish-brown. A thin red and gold border frames the text. The paper shows dark stains and a prominent horizontal crease bisecting the center. Each line contains elongated horizontal strokes and sweeping, rounded curves, while faint text from the reverse side shows through.
