A vertically oriented cream paper features thirteen horizontal rows of fluid black script. Some words are rendered in red ink, with gold highlights on specific characters. Small handwritten notes appear in the margins and between lines. A thin rectangular border of red, gold, and blue lines frames the writing. A horizontal fold and light staining are visible across the middle of the aged page.
