A vertically oriented manuscript page features horizontal rows of flowing, cursive Persian calligraphy in black ink. The top row and a single central word are highlighted in red. The script is enclosed within a thin red rectangular border on warm, tan paper. A short passage of text appears diagonally in the left margin. The entire composition is set against a background with subtle, blueish cloud-like marbled patterns.
