A vertically oriented manuscript page features nine horizontal lines of black calligraphy on cream-colored paper. A thin orange-red border frames the composition, which concentrates the fluid, overlapping script in the upper half. The lower half remains mostly open, showing only subtle, aged discolorations on the surface. The script's diagonal strokes and varying line thicknesses create a rhythmic texture against the minimalist background.
