A vertically oriented page of aged, mottled tan paper features twelve horizontal lines of flowing black ink Persian script. The rounded calligraphy is centered within a narrow border of gold, red, and blue lines. Above the main text, faint lines of gold script are visible. The worn surface shows various brown discolorations throughout, while fine calligraphic flourishes extend from the text toward the margins.
