A vertically oriented cream page features three sections of black-inked Persian script. Fine multi-colored borders in gold, blue, and red frame the page. The top and bottom sections contain two columns, while five horizontal lines with elongated strokes fill the center. Text from the reverse side shows through at the top, near a brown water stain. Sweeping, calligraphic characters are organized by thin gold lines into a structured, formal layout.
