A vertically oriented manuscript page features thirteen horizontal lines of fluid black calligraphy on aged tan paper. The script consists of sweeping, interconnected strokes slanting rightward across the fibrous surface. A thin gold and red border frames the central field, surrounded by mottled off-white margins. The dark, elongated characters flow continuously down the page, their fluid forms contrasting with the textured background and historic staining of the document.
