A vertically oriented manuscript page features eight rows of flowing black ink calligraphy on cream paper. The elegant script is framed by thin orange and gold borders. A series of small red motifs marks the final lines of text. Faint blue ink from the reverse side ghosts through the paper. In the bottom left corner, outside the frame, sits a small cluster of additional script.
