A vertically oriented page of aged, buff-colored paper features ten horizontal lines of flowing black calligraphic script accented with small red markings. A thin border of gold, red, and blue lines frames the composition. Below the main text, a single blue word rests above a grid of four rectangular boxes containing additional script arranged in two columns. Faint brown staining marks the upper left corner.
