A vertical tan page features Persian nasta'liq script in black ink with occasional gold highlights. The text block starts with two narrow columns followed by eleven horizontal rows. Fine ruled borders in blue, red, and gold frame the composition. The wide margins of the aged paper show minor discoloration and spots. A handwritten inventory number appears in the bottom left corner.
