A vertically oriented manuscript page features thirteen lines of fluid black calligraphy on warm tan paper. The script's horizontal strokes vary in thickness, punctuated by small gold accents. A thin, multi-layered border of gold, red, and black lines frames the text. Dark brown staining appears along the bottom edge. The composition emphasizes the contrast between the dense, rhythmic ink characters and the aged, golden-hued background of the paper.
