A horizontally oriented drypoint on off-white paper expressively depicts three overlapping views of Henry Becque, a man with a light skin tone. On our left, he appears in profile. Center, he faces us with eyes cast down. On our right, he turns left. Thick hair and a mustache are defined by dense, scribbled ink creating heavy shadows, while loose lines radiate from the central cluster.
