A vertically oriented ink painting on a paper scroll depicts a misty landscape. In the foreground, fine, dark lines create a dense thicket of tangled branches rising from a hazy bank. A single, covered boat floats in the center of a pale expanse of water. Above, rolling hills emerge from a low-lying mist in soft, dappled ink washes. Columns of black calligraphy and red seals accent the upper corners.
