A dark bronze sculpture with green patina depicts a man's bust. He has textured, wavy hair and a lined face with sunken cheeks, a mouth set in a thin line, and deep-set eyes looking forward. The head sits on a high-collared neck, mounted atop an irregular, light-colored stone base. The unpolished stone is rough and pitted, contrasting with the dark metal and green oxidation across the face.
