A horizontally oriented black ink print with atmospheric, grainy strokes depicts a landscape under falling rain. Numerous diagonal lines slant across the scene from our upper left. In the lower left foreground, two dark figures face right. A large, rounded haystack occupies the middle ground. A row of spindly trees lines the horizon under a clouded sky, while thick, splotchy marks suggest a wet, textured environment.
