A vertical hanging scroll in monochromatic ink on beige fabric depicts a kingfisher perched on a spindly branch extending from the left. To the right, a smooth, rounded rock formation rises, accented by dark, frenzied brushstrokes for reeds and small stones at its base. The upper half of the composition is an empty brown wash, while a small red seal marks the bottom right corner.
