A horizontally oriented ink and light color painting depicts a landscape through dense, leafless trees. Intricate, dark ink branches frame a curved wooden bridge spanning a waterway in the middle ground. Beneath, a figure in light blue clothing and a wide hat poles a boat toward the right. Muted gray and brown washes suggest thick mist, casting the scene in a soft, hazy light that obscures the distant horizon.
