A square-format ink and light color painting on paper depicts a vast expanse of water. In the lower foreground, a simple pavilion rests atop a platform. Pale, horizontal brushstrokes represent the river's surface, receding toward the top where rounded, textured rock formations are punctuated by dark dots of foliage. A small bridge spans a distant inlet on the right. A single red seal occupies the bottom right corner of the minimalist landscape.
