A hanging scroll depicts a vertical landscape in muted brown and gray tones. On the left, a gnarled pine with dark needles is interspersed with long, dangling vines. Below, a tiny person with a light skin tone sits inside a pavilion looking right. To the right, a sheer, craggy cliff rises, overlooking a winding river that recedes into the background. Faint mountain peaks emerge from a thick, atmospheric mist.
