A hanging scroll depicts a bamboo cluster in black ink sprouting from a central rocky mound on brown silk. In the lower half, dense layers of dark foliage top thin stalks rising from the textured rocks. Smaller sprigs flare out to the left and right. The upper half remains empty, showcasing the muted, warm background. Precise strokes outline the rocks while dark ink highlights the bamboo's narrow, pointed leaves against the silk.
